Xometry is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to optimize its supply chain operations in Brazil. The role involves developing forecasts, establishing a Sales and Operations process with metrics, and creating reports. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong analytical and data-driven skills, capable of influencing senior management and guiding both strategy and day-to-day execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Advanced English level.
• Proven expertise in advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and utilizing statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
