Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to optimize supply chain operations in the LATAM region. The role involves developing forecasts, establishing a Sales and Operations process, and providing data-driven insights to senior management. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain from quoting, ordering, sourcing and shipping.
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
- Optimize logistics and distribution processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze inventory levels and implement optimization strategies.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on forecasting and data analysis.
- Advanced English level.
- Proven expertise in advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and utilizing statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
