Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to optimize supply chain operations in the LATAM region. The role involves developing forecasts, establishing a Sales and Operations process, and providing data-driven insights to senior management. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain from quoting, ordering, sourcing and shipping.
  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
  • Optimize logistics and distribution processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze inventory levels and implement optimization strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on forecasting and data analysis.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Proven expertise in advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and utilizing statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
