Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Talent Management to enhance organizational capabilities through strategic performance management, talent optimization, and continuous improvement. This role involves leading talent priorities within performance management, organizational design, productivity enhancement, talent analytics, strategic workforce planning, and learning and development initiatives. The VP will develop the team, its culture, and its operations, supporting and coaching team members to achieve their highest potential.Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and optimizing a comprehensive performance management infrastructure.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance organizational productivity through process improvement.
  • Conducting organizational capability assessments to identify gaps.
  • Developing and utilizing talent analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Designing and delivering learning programs that support performance improvement.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, or organizational development.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with talent analytics and workforce planning methodologies across global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making using data science tools for people analytics.
