Sales Training Manager

Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Sales Training Manager to enhance its sales team's performance. This hybrid role, based in Lexington, KY, or North Bethesda, MD, requires four days per week on-site. The Sales Training Manager will collaborate with sales leadership to onboard and train new team members, develop and deliver training programs, and maintain training materials. They will also design marketing materials and prepare performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to onboard and seamlessly train new team members
• Develop and deliver training programs using adult learning principles
• Oversee, update, and maintain training materials
• Design innovative marketing materials to promote development opportunities
• Prepare a monthly/quarter dashboard of results for use by management in evaluating performance or developing training
• Manages the logistics of Learning and Development (L&D) learning deliverables

• 6+ years of training and development experience
• 3+ years focused on sales and sales leadership training
• Instructional design expertise
• Dynamic facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
• Proficiency in software like Confluence, Gong, Articulate, and G-Suite
• Knowledge of sales methods and theory
• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred)
• Previous sales experience (highly desired)
