Xometry is seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for sourcing and recruiting top-tier sales talent for the company's expanding operations in the United States and Argentina. This is a 2-3 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire recruitment process for sales positions.
- Leverage various channels to identify qualified sales candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Enhance recruitment processes and contribute to the talent acquisition strategy.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of recruiting for US-based companies.
- Mastery in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
