Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for sourcing and recruiting top-tier sales talent for the company's expanding operations in the United States and Argentina. This is a 2-3 month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire recruitment process for sales positions.
  • Leverage various channels to identify qualified sales candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
  • Enhance recruitment processes and contribute to the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for US-based companies.
  • Mastery in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
