Job Description
Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking an Account Executive III, Inbound. The Account Executive will manage and convert inbound inquiries for customers, developing an understanding of their prototype and production needs. The Account Executive will demonstrate the value of Xometry's offerings and grow the company's share of business.Role involves:
- Selling Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers.
- Building relationships with engineering staff, program management, procurement, and executive management.
- Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts.
- Setting up sales calls and presentations.
- Qualifying and converting potential leads.
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.
- Proposing winning solutions and negotiating contract terms.
- Participating in training and mentoring programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 6+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying closing sales role.
- At least 2+ years of experience selling into Fortune 500 companies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- High proficiency with virtual meetings and presentations.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting.
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
- Experience with strategic sales planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and results driven.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced high growth environment.
