Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking an Account Executive III, Inbound. The Account Executive will manage and convert inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and grow Xometry's share of business. This role involves developing relationships with engineering staff, program management, procurement, and executive management at Fortune 500 companies.
- Selling Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers.
- Focusing on supply chain and aligning with customer objectives.
- Initiating and building relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts.
- Setting up sales calls and presentations.
- Qualifying and converting potential leads.
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.
- Proposing solutions and negotiating contract terms.
- Participating in training and mentoring programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying closing sales role.
- 2+ years of experience selling into Fortune 500 companies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Proficiency with virtual meetings and presentations.
- Proficiency in programs such Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting.
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
- Experience with strategic sales planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and results driven.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced high growth environment.
