Job Description
Xometry is seeking an Account Executive II to manage inbound leads and an existing book of business. The Account Executive will serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience. This role requires a driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with clients
- Developing business with existing and new inbound customers
- Creating and managing plans to reach sales objectives
- Assisting customers in selecting the best manufacturing technology
- Providing guidance to the sales engineering team
- Delivering technical presentations
- Collecting and reporting industry trends
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong negotiation skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
