Xometry is seeking an Account Executive II to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers and manage an existing book of business. The Account Executive will be a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities: - Building relationships with clients
- Developing business with existing and new inbound customers
- Creating and managing plans to reach sales objectives
- Assisting customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology
- Providing guidance to the sales engineering team
- Delivering technical presentations
- Collecting and reporting industry trends
Requirements: - 4+ years of sales experience in a full cycle sales role
- Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong negotiation skills and results driven
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
