Job Description
Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is seeking an Account Executive II to manage and convert inbound leads and manage an existing book of business. The Account Executive II will be a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Building relationships with clients
- Developing business with existing and new inbound customers
- Creating and managing plans to reach sales objectives
- Assisting customers in selecting the best manufacturing technology
- Providing guidance to the sales engineering team
- Delivering technical presentations
- Collecting and reporting industry trends
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a high volume inbound sales role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong negotiation skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
