Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts, to develop and execute strategies for significant revenue growth within its high-value key accounts. This role involves leading a dedicated team focused on building strong, strategic partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans for key accounts with an average annual spend of $250M+.
- Establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of key account managers.
- Developing and managing sales forecasts and targets.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications include:
- A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing teams focused on high-value accounts.
- A proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
