Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Vice President, Sales, Key Accounts to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth within high-value key accounts. This role involves leading a dedicated team, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Establish executive-level relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor key account managers.
  • Manage sales forecasts and targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales or key account management.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience working with accounts with very large annual spends.
