Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts, to develop and execute strategies for significant revenue growth within high-value key accounts. This role involves leading a dedicated team focused on building strong partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
- Establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Managing sales forecasts and targets.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
