Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts, to develop and execute strategies for significant revenue growth within its high-value key accounts. This role involves leading a dedicated team focused on building strong, strategic partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential. The VP will report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of key account managers.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and targets for key accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
  • Provide sales forecasting and reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing teams focused on high-value accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth within key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and strategic account management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
