Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts, to develop and execute strategies for significant revenue growth within its high-value key accounts. This role involves leading a dedicated team focused on building strong, strategic partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential. The VP will report to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of key account managers.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and targets for key accounts.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM.
- Provide sales forecasting and reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing teams focused on high-value accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth within key accounts.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and strategic account management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
