Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts, to develop and execute strategies for significant revenue growth within its high-value key accounts. This role involves leading a dedicated team focused on building strong, strategic partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue potential.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans for key accounts with an average annual spend of $250M+.
  • Establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint.
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of key account managers.
  • Developing and managing sales forecasts and targets.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, managing teams focused on high-value accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
