Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Xometry, a company that connects people with manufacturers, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer. This role supports Sales by providing perspective, feedback, and sharing knowledge learned from the front lines of the aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing community. It's a blend of customer engagement, technical expertise, and project management.Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention
• Identifying and addressing potential manufacturing challenges
• Gathering customer insights and feedback
• Assisting Pre-Sales Engineering with knowledge gathering
• Providing project management and oversight on complex opportunities

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
