Incode, a leading provider of identity solutions, is seeking a Machine Learning Data Analyst to join their team in Serbia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Incode's machine learning models and data pipelines, working on cutting-edge document intelligence and ID validation projects.

About the Role:

As an ML Data Analyst, the candidate will be part of the ML team working on ID document processing pipelines, analyzing key performance metrics, and developing new tools to enhance model evaluation and monitoring.

What the role involves:

• Develop and support a set of metrics representing ML pipeline performance and quality.
• Analyze data to provide insights on model performance, data shifts, labeler efficiency, and pipeline effectiveness.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making by prioritizing critical tasks based on impact.
• Build and enhance monitoring tools to track and optimize data processing.
• Perform A/B testing on new features and models.
• Provide reports and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with large-scale data.
• Strong Python skills (including libraries for data analysis and visualization).
• Strong SQL skills, ability to write optimal queries
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Grafana).
• Solid understanding of statistics and data evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
