Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

Incode is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying deep learning models that drive Incode's industry-leading products. They will also build robust end-to-end ML pipelines and optimize models for performance and cost efficiency in production environments.

Role Involves:

• Developing and refining state-of-the-art deep learning models for computer vision
• Architecting and maintaining scalable ML pipelines
• Experimenting with emerging architectures and algorithms
• Leveraging expertise in data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis
• Integrating ML solutions seamlessly with cross-functional teams
• Guiding teammates and shaping a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision
• Expert in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Expertise in developing, and optimizing models for both performance and cost efficiency
• Experience deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments, including experience with edge AI
• Specialized expertise in at least one of the following areas: Facial recognition, Liveness Detection, Document Processing, ID Verification
• Proven research acumen with a track record of published research papers or contributions
• Clear communicator with a track record of collaborating effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Passionate about mentoring and developing talent
