Job Description

Incode is seeking an Identity & Access Management professional to lead the Security Access Management (SAM) team and ensure effective access control management, identity governance, and compliance with security policies. The role involves defining and implementing IAM strategies, overseeing user provisioning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the evaluation of IAM technologies.Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.

• Lead and develop a team of security access management professionals.
• Define and implement identity and access management strategies.
• Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC) processes.
• Ensure compliance with access management policies and regulations.
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and enhancement of IAM technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Experience in AWS, including AWS IAM and AWS Organizations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
