Job Description
Incode is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to own, build, and scale the channel-sales engine for Incode Workforce. This role involves designing the global partner strategy, opening doors with established IAM & cybersecurity players, and driving net-new revenue through those channels. The Channel Partnerships Manager will report to the Senior Director of Strategy (Leader for Incode Workforce Product).
Role involves:
- Crafting the channel blueprint and prioritizing partners.
- Recruiting and securing high-impact partnerships.
- Enabling partners with training and incentive programs.
- Co-selling with partners and ensuring pipeline growth.
- Establishing repeatable processes and iterating based on feedback.
- Advising product and GTM teams with market insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years building & running channel programs in IAM, security, or IT infrastructure.
- 7+ years enterprise selling with a track record of closing deals through partners.
- Senior-level relationships across VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and key tech alliances.
- Comfortable creating strategy and executing it solo.
- Ability to master technical value props and translate them into partner-friendly narratives.
- Fluent with Salesforce and data-driven GTM decisions.
