Huspy, a rapidly growing PropTech company backed by global investors, is seeking an Account Manager to optimize the performance of its sales teams in Madrid. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in translating strategy into execution, identifying performance bottlenecks, and fostering a high-impact team. They will use data-driven insights to guide and challenge sales advisors, ensuring they reach their full potential. When necessary, the Account Manager will actively participate in sales activities, engaging with clients and closing deals.
- Analyzing sales performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Building strong relationships with sales advisors.
- Participating in the sales process (calls, closures, follow-up).
- Representing Huspy's culture of ownership, speed, customer focus, and results-driven approach.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management related to the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup environment (plus).
- Analytical mindset with understanding of sales funnels and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
