• Establishing and developing business relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
• Guiding customers through the home buying process, offering assistance and advice to help them find the right property in the luxury segment.
• Staying updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings.
• Utilizing market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
• Actively seeking referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai Real Estate industry, with a strong knowledge of the market.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
• Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, leveraging collective expertise and resources.
