Huspy, a real estate company, is seeking a Full-cycle Account Executive in Valencia. The role involves driving business growth by generating and closing collaborations with real estate agents, as well as leading and developing a team of agents to maximize their performance. The Account Executive will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and daily execution, ensuring alignment with growth and operational excellence objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Working with the marketing team on joint acquisition efforts.
  • Representing Huspy at real estate industry events.
  • Participating in client calls, lead follow-up, and opportunity closure.
  • Analyzing team performance using dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools.
  • Building strong relationships with real estate advisors.
  • Leading a small team, developing their skills, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Representing the Huspy culture of ownership, speed, customer focus, and results-driven approach.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably in real estate or a startup environment.
  • Passion for sales and direct client interaction.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Agile learning ability and openness to feedback.
  • Professional ethics and commitment to positive impact.
