Job Description
Huspy, a real estate company, is seeking a Full-cycle Account Executive in Valencia. The role involves driving business growth by generating and closing collaborations with real estate agents, as well as leading and developing a team of agents to maximize their performance. The Account Executive will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and daily execution, ensuring alignment with growth and operational excellence objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Working with the marketing team on joint acquisition efforts.
- Representing Huspy at real estate industry events.
- Participating in client calls, lead follow-up, and opportunity closure.
- Analyzing team performance using dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools.
- Building strong relationships with real estate advisors.
- Leading a small team, developing their skills, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Representing the Huspy culture of ownership, speed, customer focus, and results-driven approach.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably in real estate or a startup environment.
- Passion for sales and direct client interaction.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Agile learning ability and openness to feedback.
