Job Description
sFOX is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The Client Services Specialist will be the voice of sFOX to the client and provide the connection between Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards customer service.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing best-in-class customer service.
  • Analyzing customer problems and providing solutions.
  • Communicating with customers to identify potential fraud.
  • Thoroughly reviewing account information during client onboarding.
  • Documenting request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Utilizing resource materials to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Handling high-impact communications professionally.
Requirements include:
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Fluent in English language
  • Effective Communication skills

  • Planning & Organizing skills
  • Experience in a trading firm, payment processing, bitcoin / crypto currency is a plus
