Job Description
Sojern is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth for its Hotel Media Solutions in Thailand. This role involves leveraging Sojern’s suite of solutions to help hotels optimize direct bookings. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for selling campaigns, building a diversified pipeline, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be a highly driven self-starter with a hunter mindset, capable of understanding the diverse needs of various hotel segments and crafting compelling pitches.
What this role involves:
- Defining and leading strategy to grow a high-value pipeline.
- Managing the entire sales funnel from prospecting through close.
- Designing compelling pitches using insights to highlight Sojern’s value proposition.
- Collaborating with regional booking engines and other partners.
- Presenting at workshops, seminars, and industry events.
- Maintaining thorough records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Working closely with various teams to share best practices.
- Traveling for industry events and trade shows.
- Taking ownership of special projects and tests.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or hospitality.
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and channels.
- Familiarity with the hospitality sector.
- Proven ability to identify and nurture prospects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
