Enterprise Solution Architect

Job Description

Altium is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to focus on the Chinese market. This role involves working closely with Enterprise Account Managers, Software Engineers, and Deployment teams to customize Altium's enterprise solutions for Chinese clients. The Enterprise Solution Architect will understand client deliverables and ensure successful outcomes. He will engage with clients to assess their current environments, demonstrate the value of Altium's Enterprise Solutions and create tailored deployment plans that address specific client needs.

Role involves:

• Developing customized development plans for each account.
• Ensuring customer requirements and expectations are properly set.
• Driving adoption and usage of Altium's Enterprise Solutions.
• Collaborating with Deployment Engineers, Customer Success, and R&D organizations.
• Resolving software issues impacting customers and Altium's business.
• Reducing churn, enabling client expansion, and ensuring software renewal and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in secondary development for EDA/PLM or relative products.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role in EDA industry.
• Experience with PCB/ECAD Library/component management, PLM integration, and databases desirable.
• Ability to engage customers at business level to drive alignment and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel up to 40%.
