Job Description
Altium is seeking a Global Corporate Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with its largest global corporate accounts. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and identifying new opportunities within high-value enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic account management, complex B2B sales, and global relationship management in a SaaS or software sales environment.

The role involves:
  • Developing and executing account strategies to maximize revenue growth and retention.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies.
  • Leading multi-stakeholder negotiations and high-value contract renewals.
  • Coordinating with regional sales teams to ensure consistent engagement and alignment.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, aligning Altium’s solutions with their business goals.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or corporate sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing global accounts and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a complex, global sales environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
