Regional Sales Manager, Americas

Altium is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Americas to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving the adoption of Altium's products and solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
• Willingness to travel within the Americas region as needed.
