Altium is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their Professional Services team in Shanghai. This role is pivotal in delivering training programs throughout China, focusing on enhancing customers' PCB design capabilities. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing customized content, and delivering workshops, webinars, and technical seminars.

The role involves collaborating with global teams to localize training materials, providing regional insights, and developing standardized training resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual (Chinese/English) presentation skills and a background in electronics engineering or related fields.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools.
  • Strong bilingual (Chinese/English) presentation skills.
  • High accountability and willingness to travel frequently.
