Job Description
Pendo is seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Manager to align with their Enterprise sales organization. The ideal candidate will create innovative marketing programs and events to drive business results. This role involves data-driven marketing and personalized engagement to enhance customer relationships and drive lead generation.
- Partnering with the Enterprise sales team
- Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns
- Planning and managing regional in-person field marketing events in the US
- Analyzing event and program performance metrics
- Creating high-quality content assets
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, including event planning and sales partnership. The candidate should have strong project management and communication skills, be comfortable in a fast-changing environment, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred qualifications include a background in B2B SaaS event marketing or sales, creative and strategic thinking, and proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Outreach, and Splash.
