Field Marketing Manager - Event Programs

Job Description

Pendo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join their EMEA marketing team in London. This role will be responsible for owning both first and third-party event programs, including field events, third-party sponsorships, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales organization and global marketing team, focusing on lead generation, pipeline growth, and deal acceleration.

The Field Marketing Manager will plan and execute strategic third-party sponsorships and activations, regional in-person events, and large-scale customer events. They will excel at building relationships, managing logistics, and analyzing data to improve future marketing programs and initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the EMEA event calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
• Plan, execute, and manage regional in-person field marketing events.
• Plan, execute, and manage third-party sponsorships.
• Plan, execute, and manage regional customer conferences.
• Analyze event and program performance metrics.
• Travel to events to oversee on-site execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and effective communication skills.
• Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to travel.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in B2B SaaS event marketing.
• Creative and strategic thinker that is detail-oriented.
• Ability to leverage corporate campaigns alongside field initiatives.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and Splash.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Any other language fluencies.
