Job Description

Pendo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to enhance its Enterprise business. This role focuses on understanding traditional, non-software Enterprise businesses and delivering tailored solutions. The candidate will collaborate with product and sales teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product and PMM teams to position Pendo's offerings for Enterprise clients.
  • Maintain clear messaging for the Enterprise market.
  • Conduct market research to understand Enterprise needs.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback from go-to-market teams to the Product organization.
  • Elevate the Enterprise marketing strategy.
  • Participate in strategic Enterprise deals.
  • Develop content for Enterprise audiences.
  • Represent Pendo at industry events.
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence and enablement programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience with Enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in developing product marketing strategies for Enterprise companies.
  • Understanding of Enterprise organizations in non-software industries.
  • Ability to translate technical features into value-driven solutions.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
