Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to support its Engineering organization. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies, driving organizational change, and collaborating with recruiting teams for talent acquisition. The Sr. HR Business Partner will also provide coaching to employees and leaders, analyze HR data, and champion the company's culture.Role Responsibilities include:

Minimum Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years as an HRBP
- Experience supporting technical functions (Engineering, Product, Design)
