Sr. Technical Writer / Content Designer

Job Description

Pendo is seeking a Senior Technical Writer/Content Designer to join their product content team in Sheffield, UK. This role involves creating documentation and UI copy to educate Pendo users on features, functionality, and best practices. The Senior Technical Writer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to determine content needs and align deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing, editing, and publishing documentation in the Help Center.
• Writing and revising UI copy for features and products.
• Reviewing feedback and addressing areas of improvement.
• Collaborating with subject-matter experts to gather information.
• Updating the information architecture for product areas.
• Staying up to date on industry best practices.

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of experience independently owning documentation and/or UI copy.
• Ability to break down complex topics into clear, concise content.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Strong interdepartmental communication and relationship-building skills.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• An AI-forward mindset.
• A portfolio of documentation and/or UI copy writing samples.
