Product Manager

Job Description

Pendo is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Sheffield, UK. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Pendo’s AI-powered feedback tools. He will be responsible for leading initiatives that help customers unlock insights from user feedback at scale. He will own key areas of the Pendo Listen roadmap, leading discovery and delivery of new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered capabilities to market.Role involves:

• Becoming a subject matter expert and advocate for Pendo Listen.
• Developing an understanding of the competition and ways to differentiate Pendo Listen.
• Conducting product discovery activities such as user interviews.
• Collaborating with engineers, UX designers and go to market teams to deliver new features.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of product management (PM) experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Involvement in the end to end process of bringing new features to market.
• Experience implementing or exposure to generative AI.
• Previous experience with Pendo or other tools for product managers.
• Experience working with APIs or integrations.
