Job Description
Pendo is seeking an Account Executive to manage deal cycles in the UKI Commercial Sales team. The Account Executive will strategize with Sales Development Representatives and other Account Executives, serving as the primary contact for higher-tier revenue customers. This involves demoing Pendo's platform, providing technical assistance, navigating proof of concepts, and negotiating contracts. The Account Executive is accountable for developing a plan to achieve territory goals, supported by the company.Role Responsibilities:
  • Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close
  • Research and target exciting new SaaS companies using prospecting tools
  • Build and manage a territory plan
  • Build pipeline in collaboration with the SDR team
  • Learn and demonstrate the Pendo platform to new prospective customers
  • Navigate a customer through a 30-day free trial and proof of concept
  • Accurately forecasting your territory
  • Record and document all sales activities in SalesForce.com
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years or more of sales experience in an entrepreneurial SaaS environment
  • MEDDIC and/Force Management Methodology
  • Consistent track record of hitting goal and numbers
  • Willingness to learn in a high-paced sales environment
  • The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
