Job Description
Pendo is seeking a highly motivated Partner Development Manager to execute a strategic plan focused on solution partnerships. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, engaging and enabling high-performing channel sales and implementation partners, and overseeing the onboarding of consultants.
The Partner Development Manager will develop and execute joint business plans with partners, establishing objectives and key results. This includes qualitative metrics like joint sales collateral and quantitative metrics such as pipeline and revenue.
Role Responsibilities:
- Research, identify and engage with prospective channel partners
- Manage and nurture relationships with partners
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities through strategic partnerships
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 4 - 7 years experience in channel sales, strategic alliances, partner management, or business development roles
- Proven track record in exceeding successful channel sales performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in identifying and capitalizing on growth strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience driving successful results with Solution Partners supporting Digital Transformation, Workforce Experience, Strategy & Analytics, Organizational Transformation, Enterprise Technology & Performance, Emerging Technology, and/or Managed Services Practices
