Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Partner Development Manager to accelerate growth through solution partnerships and affiliate programs. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders, acquiring high-performing partners, and executing joint business plans. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, collaborative, and accountable for results.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and engage with prospective solution partners and Private Equity/Venture Capital firms
  • Manage and nurture relationships with solution partners and affiliates
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in channel sales, PE/VC relations, strategic alliances, or partner management
  • Proven track record in exceeding channel sales performance
  • Experience with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in relevant technology stack
  • Willingness to travel as needed
