Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Partner Development Manager to accelerate growth through solution partnerships and affiliate programs. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders, acquiring high-performing partners, and executing joint business plans. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, collaborative, and accountable for results.
Role Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and engage with prospective solution partners and Private Equity/Venture Capital firms
- Manage and nurture relationships with solution partners and affiliates
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in channel sales, PE/VC relations, strategic alliances, or partner management
- Proven track record in exceeding channel sales performance
- Experience with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant technology stack
- Willingness to travel as needed
