Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the Americas Commercial segment. This role involves ensuring customer delight, scoping and delivering services to drive business outcomes, and accelerating the customer journey with Pendo. The Director will partner with cross-functional leaders in sales, solutions engineering, and customer success.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the Professional Services team.
- Manage sales and revenue, driving team productivity and utilization.
- Ensure services revenue and cost drive profitability.
- Drive process improvements and new service offerings.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a SaaS company.
- Experience managing consulting teams and delivering services to Enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to lead and scale professional services teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and customer value dynamics.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally.
