Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Manager of Business Development to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in Raleigh, NC. The Manager will be responsible for engaging new outbound prospects and partnering with sales to convert them into a healthy pipeline. This role involves hiring, onboarding, and leading the BDR team to achieve individual, team, and organizational targets.
- Leading a growing team of BDRs to meet and exceed objectives.
- Working with Sales Operations to improve the BDR workflow and tech stack.
- Owning the usage strategy and evolution of current tools.
- Building internal relationships with departmental leadership.
- Partnering with reps on their career development.
- Attracting new hires into the organization.
- Developing and implementing a team growth plan.
Requirements: - 1+ years as an SDR/BDR.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota expectations.
- Deep understanding of inbound and outbound prospecting methodology.
- Demonstrable experience building internal process.
