Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to bolster its partnerships team. This role is pivotal in nurturing relationships with solutions partners, affiliates, and marketplaces, with a focus on product development and digital adoption use cases. The Sr. Sales Engineer will collaborate with the VP of Global Partnerships, Director of Solution Partners, and Partner Development Managers (PDMs).
Role Responsibilities: - Partner with PDMs to define value drivers for partners and customers.
- Educate partners on applying Pendo's solution to client challenges.
- Develop use cases for Pendo integrations and collaborate with the product team.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical deep dives.
- Enable partner GTM teams with materials and talk tracks.
- Collaborate on partner and marketplace assets.
- Assist on partner-led opportunities.
- Provide product and technical expertise to the partnership org.
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years in a pre-sales or customer-facing role.
- Experience supporting service delivery partners and strategic alliances (e.g., Salesforce, Google Cloud Marketplace).
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, REST APIs).
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Willingness to travel.
