Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to help scale and optimize its sales processes, systems, and data-driven decision-making. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency, analyze performance metrics, and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. He/She will play a critical role in enhancing Pendo's sales operations strategy, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies, and providing actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
Role involves:
- Supporting the needs of sales managers and leaders by providing analytical insights and operational improvements.
- Optimizing and maintaining sales processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Assisting with territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
- Developing and managing dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.
- Working closely with sales leadership to provide forecasting, pipeline analysis, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Partnering with Marketing and Finance teams to align lead management, revenue attribution, and sales compensation models.
- Supporting system implementations and enhancements to improve automation and reporting capabilities.
- Providing training and enablement to the sales team on operational processes and tools.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
