Thumbtack is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support and optimize its lifecycle marketing programs. What this role involves:
- Managing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, and in-app messaging.
- Executing A/B tests and experimentation to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to refine messaging, timing, and targeting.
- Supporting the development and refinement of campaign ideas, working closely with creative and technical teams.
- Implementing audience segmentation strategies to personalize customer journeys.
- Deploying and optimizing campaigns with limited guidance, proactively identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.
- Contributing to lifecycle marketing strategy discussions and support campaign planning and execution.
- Reviewing dashboards, summarizing results, and using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Managing small projects or process improvements, proactively anticipating challenges and taking ownership of deliverables.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners, providing updates and engaging professionally in discussions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or related marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience managing lifecycle campaigns, including email, push, and in-app messaging.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
- Experience running A/B tests and using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
