Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in The Hague, Netherlands. The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and IT services to NATO member countries and partners. The specialist will play a crucial role in promoting technology adoption, managing change, and fostering innovation within the organization.

Role involves:

  • Coordinating and collaborating on the implementation of information systems and services.
  • Promoting the benefits of a common approach to technology deployment.
  • Managing communication and facilitating the flow of creative ideas.
  • Supporting the monitoring of emerging technologies.
  • Contributing to reports, technology road-mapping, and knowledge sharing.
  • Providing advice on the application of specialism to planning and operations.
  • Analyzing market research and user feedback to understand needs and opportunities.
  • Developing product propositions and adapting products to changing needs.
  • Designing user interactions and experiences.
  • Managing resolutions and corrective actions.
  • Implementing stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Developing and executing socialization campaigns for the NATO Digital Toolbox.
  • Creating communication materials and visuals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience using collaboration features and digital workplace technologies (e.g., M365, Webex, Skype, Polycom).
  • Experience creating communication materials and visuals using software like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in developing strategic plans for digital adoption.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2 years of post-related experience, or 6 years of extensive expertise in related duties.
