Job Description

Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media Group (OMG UK), is seeking an Account Manager to join their Client Experience team. The Account Manager will work on accounts such as Opella and Hargreaves Lansdown, with opportunities to work on others within the wider team. This role involves delivering excellent day-to-day client services and communications planning, as well as contributing to the management and development of junior team members.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent day-to-day client services.
• Contributing to communications planning.
• Managing and developing junior team members.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience in a media agency or client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Skills in end-to-end media planning and understanding of media buying.
• A positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
