Job Description

Hearts & Science UK is seeking an Account Manager to join their Client Experience team. The Account Manager will work on accounts such as Tropicana and Opella, with opportunities to work on others. The role involves delivering excellent day-to-day client services and communications planning, as well as contributing to the management and development of junior team members.Responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent day-to-day client services
• Communications planning
• Contributing to the management and development of junior team members

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in a media agency or client-facing role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of media planning and buying
