Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media Group, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Client Experience team, focusing on the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) account. JLR is undergoing a transformational journey with ambitious plans for the future, emphasizing modern luxury rooted in sustainability and innovation. The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client services and communications planning, as well as contributing to the management and development of junior team members.

Role Involves:

• Delivering excellent day-to-day client services.
• Communications planning.
• Contributing to the management and development of junior team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a media agency.
• Considerable experience within a client-facing, comms planning team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in end-to-end media planning.
• Understanding of media buying across all channels.
• Positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
