MG OMD is seeking a Digital Performance Business Director to lead performance activity and digital development across the Specsavers account. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, setting the performance agenda and driving innovation. They will collaborate with media partners and the central technology team to develop solutions that provide a competitive advantage for Specsavers.Role involves:
- Defining trading forecasts.
- Developing the Digital Maturity Agenda for Specsavers.
- Leading and developing a core team.
- Identifying process improvements.
- Building strong relationships with specialist teams, media partners, and senior clients.
- Guiding and educating clients to progress their digital maturity.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of all media channels and specialist propositions within the digital landscape.
- Familiarity with advanced attribution and measurement solutions.
- Key analytical capabilities and confidence in manipulating large data sets.
- The ability to extract key information from client briefs.
- Proven excellence in story-telling and narrative building.
- Experience in Paid Search & E-commerce is preferred.
- Experience with clients on the Google stack is ideal.
