OMD EMEA is seeking a dynamic and passionate performance expert to become the Head of Paid Social & Search. This role is based in London and offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days in the office and two days remote. The ideal candidate will elevate OMD EMEA’s Social and Search capability through strategic thought leadership and operational excellence.

Role Involves:
- Driving the narrative for the future of search and social, embracing creators, AI, and automation.
- Leading Paid Search and Paid Social, ensuring operational excellence and innovation.
- Collaborating with Organic Search, Programmatic, and Connected Commerce teams.
Requirements:
- Experience as a paid search and paid social activation specialist.
- Ability to develop agency experience, process, and product.
- Focus on pushing the performance output of teams on behalf of clients.
- Ensuring products are future-fit and leading the industry.
