Job Description
OMD EMEA is seeking a Director, Programmatic to oversee programmatic media activation and provide thought leadership for a major facecare and CPG company. This role involves driving best-in-class programmatic strategies, aligning with client business priorities, and contributing to digital transformation and innovation. The Director will collaborate with the Head of Programmatic, Digital Hub Cluster leads, and the Director, Paid Social.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning and driving best practice in programmatic media planning and activation.
  • Supporting the innovation agenda through test & learn and continual improvement.
  • Staying updated with programmatic developments and building partner relationships.
  • Serving as the go-to programmatic activation lead for clients.
  • Leading the team of programmatic specialists from a capability perspective.
  • Collaborating on programmatic innovation and strategy.
  • Surfacing the best work within the team and promoting this internally and externally.
  • Building a programmatic community and supporting the Executive Directors.
  • Building programmatic relationships across performance community at OMD EMEA.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience managing programmatic platforms (DV360, Amazon DSP, TTD).
  • Understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem (GA4, Campaign Manager, IAS).
  • Exceptional project management and coordination skills.
  • Understanding of Programmatic integration with other digital and offline channels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent team leadership.
  • Experience managing relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • In-depth understanding of KPI selection within paid for digital media channels.
  • Experience activating media and understanding best practice across campaign setup, QA, reporting, insight generation and finance.
  • Understanding of brand safety and fraud prevention techniques.
